Refund policy

DEFECT

If your product is defective or does not work as it should, you will receive a new one free of charge.

RETURN

You can return your Fadia's Goods products within 14 days of receipt in case of defect. Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything for you remotely and send you a new one. Fadia's Goods are hygiene products and therefore (unfortunately) cannot be returned for the purchase price.

SEND

  • Pack the product in its original packaging together with the return form.
  • Place the return label in a visible place on the package.
  • Go to one of the post points (a post office or a parcel point) and send your package.
  • A return shipment must always be provided with a track & trace code. The customer is responsible for shipping.
  • Once the package reaches our warehouse, the product will be exchanged or a refund will be arranged.
